Vacation report

This has been spring vacation week for my kids. For reasons beyond my ken, they had half a day last Thursday and no school on Friday, so we've had six and a half days off already, with four to go. We generally don't travel for spring vacation, but AHM takes time off (to the extent that he works on his laptop on the dining room table for a couple of hours a day, rather than going into the office for 8-10 hours) and we try to do fun things locally.
